Question 1

How much does a website cost?

Accepted Answer

We work with fixed prices: GROW START costs €990, GROW CLASSIC €1,590 and GROW ADVANCED (with CMS) €2,490 — one-time. GROW PRO for larger projects starts at €4,900; even there the price is agreed before we start. All prices are net, with no hidden costs and no hourly billing.

Question 2

Will a website pay off for my business?

Accepted Answer

The maths is simple: if an average customer is worth €300 to you, a €2,490 website pays for itself after about eight new customers. If they're worth €1,500, after two. That's exactly why we build the demo for free — you see what you get before you do the maths.

Question 3

What if I don't like the demo?

Accepted Answer

Then you pay nothing. The demo is free and comes with no obligation — you only pay if you want to go ahead. Before that, we work through your change requests together until you're happy.

Question 4

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

The demo is usually ready within a few days. Once changes are agreed, a one-pager (GROW START) goes live in about 5 working days and a website with up to 5 pages usually in 2–3 weeks — no waiting for months.

Question 5

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

50% when you commission the project (i.e. only after you've seen the demo), 50% on approval before launch. You get a proper invoice in euros. For businesses in the EU the reverse-charge mechanism applies — you account for VAT yourself.

Question 6

Is the website GDPR-compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every website comes with a legal notice (Impressum), privacy policy and a cookie banner with a real choice. Hosting is on servers in Frankfurt, and third-party services such as Google Maps or Analytics are embedded in a privacy-compliant way. It doesn't replace legal advice, but the technical foundation is right.

Question 7

Can I edit the website myself later?

Accepted Answer

Yes — with GROW ADVANCED (website + CMS) you edit text, images and prices yourself and add new pages without a developer. A short training session is included.

Question 8

What about hosting and maintenance?

Accepted Answer

Maintenance is optional and can be cancelled monthly. GROW CARE is €59 per month (hosting in Frankfurt, SSL, daily backups, updates, monitoring, small changes up to 1 hour), GROW CARE+ is €129 per month and adds Google Business Profile care, monthly SEO work and a report. The first three months are free. The website and domain are yours either way.

Question 9

What does the process look like, from enquiry to finished website?

Accepted Answer

You get in touch, we briefly go through your business and goals, and build you a free demo. You take your time to look at it. If you like it, we agree on changes and price, and the website goes live. We take on only 4 new demos per week so each one gets proper care.

Question 10

Who is my contact — and do they speak German?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can talk to us in German or English — by email, phone, WhatsApp or video call. You have one dedicated contact from demo to launch.

Question 11

Why are you cheaper than many German agencies?

Accepted Answer

Our team is based in Sarajevo — same time zone as Germany, but much lower overheads. On top of that we build on a proven technical foundation (Next.js) instead of reinventing it for every project. The price is lower, not the quality.

Question 12

What do you need from me to get started?

Accepted Answer

Usually just the basics: what you offer, your services and contact details. You can supply text and images, or we work them out together. You pay nothing upfront for the demo.

Question 13

Who owns the website once it's finished?

Accepted Answer

You do. The domain, content and code are yours. Maintenance is optional — you can move the website to another provider at any time.

Question 14

Will the website work on smartphones?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every website is optimised for smartphone and tablet and tuned for speed — most visitors arrive on their phone these days.

Question 15

Do you work with businesses outside the big cities?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we work with businesses all over Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The whole process runs online — from demo to launch — so location doesn't matter.

Question 16

Can you help with the domain and email?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We help register your domain and set up a professional email address on it (e.g. info@your-company.com).

Question 17

Do you also build online shops, apps or do SEO?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Besides websites we build online shops, web and mobile apps, custom software and take care of SEO — all under one roof.
